Odisa Support
Something not working, or a question? Write to us at developer@reverbt.com. To help you, tell us: what you expected to happen, what happened, your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version (Settings > General > About), and your Odisa version (in the app's Settings, under "About Odisa"). Please do not send photos of passports, documents or serial numbers: we do not need them to help you.
We reply in Spanish and English, within 5 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Odisa has no accounts and no sign-in.
Where is my data? Can you see it?
On your iPhone and in your private iCloud. We do not receive your valuables, photos, documents, countries or dates. See the Privacy Policy.
I changed iPhone. How do I get my data back?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, turn on iCloud for Odisa (Settings > your name > iCloud) and open the app; it syncs by itself. If iCloud was not on, there is no copy to recover: we recommend turning it on.
How do I buy, restore or cancel Odisa Plus?
- Buy: on the Odisa Plus screen in the app, monthly or yearly. The price appears in your currency before you confirm.
- Restore: on that screen, tap "Restore purchases" with the same Apple Account you bought with.
- Cancel: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Odisa. It must be done at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are charged by Apple. Request it at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
I have an Odisa Plus gift code.
Open it with the link you received, tap "Have a code?" on the Odisa Plus screen or use "Redeem code" in the app's Settings (Apple's official sheet opens). Odisa never asks you to type the code into the app.
The app says a purchase is "waiting for confirmation."
Odisa confirms each purchase with our server. With a poor connection it can take a while; open the app with internet and tap "Try again." If it persists, write to us with the purchase date (no payment details).
Are the Schengen, 183-day or substantial presence results official?
No. They are informational and shown "according to this rule." They are not legal, tax or immigration advice. Consult a professional or the authority of each country. See the Terms of Use.
A result is not what I expected.
Check that your trips are complete (rebuilding from photos and calendar can miss departures). If you think a rule has an error, write to us with the country, the rule and the relevant dates.
How do I turn off error reports and anonymous usage?
In the app's Settings, under Privacy, turn off the "Share anonymous usage" switch. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it starts off until you turn it on.
How do I delete my data?
You control the app's data: delete items inside the app, or delete the app and Odisa's data under iCloud settings > Manage Storage. For anonymous data on the server, write to us (see the Privacy Policy, §8).
Which devices and versions are supported?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later, iPad with iPadOS 18 or later, and Apple Watch.
Which languages?
Spanish (Mexico), English, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.
