Odisa Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026 (version 1.0)

These terms are an agreement between you and Reverb Technology LLC, a Texas limited liability company, United States ("Reverb", "we"), about your use of the Odisa app ("the app"). By downloading or using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. License and relationship with Apple

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms usage rules. Unless we publish our own license agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies and prevails over these terms on matters it governs. Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its support, and is a third-party beneficiary of the license: it may enforce it against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies.

2. What Odisa is

Odisa helps you count your days by country, keep a private inventory of your valuables (Vault), track documents with expiry dates and organize an agenda. It has no accounts: your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud (see the Privacy Policy).

You must be at least 18 years old to use Odisa.

3. Free plan and Odisa Plus

  • Free plan: up to 25 valuables, 5 documents, 1 days goal and 5 tasks.
  • Odisa Plus: removes those limits through a monthly (1 month) or yearly (1 year) auto-renewing subscription. The current price, in your currency and with any applicable taxes, is shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase.
  • Lifetime: Reverb may gift lifetime Odisa Plus through Apple offer codes. It is not sold inside the app. Codes are redeemed only with Apple's redemption sheet or an Apple redemption link; the app does not accept codes typed by you.
  • We currently offer no free trial and no Family Sharing.

4. Subscriptions: billing, renewal and cancellation

  1. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  2. The subscription renews automatically for periods of equal length (one month or one year, according to the one you choose) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  3. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does NOT cancel the subscription.
  4. If you cancel, you keep Odisa Plus until the end of the period already paid. There is no refund for the unused part of the period, except as Apple or the law provides.
  5. Refunds: purchases are charged and managed by Apple, not Reverb. To request a refund use https://reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple. Reverb cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. If Apple refunds you, the Odisa Plus entitlement tied to that purchase is revoked.
  6. Price changes: if we change the price, Apple will inform you and, where the law or Apple requires, will need your consent; if you do not give it, the subscription does not renew.
  7. When Odisa Plus ends: your data is not deleted. The free plan limits apply again. If Odisa Plus ends and you have more records than the Free plan allows, nothing is deleted or hidden: everything stays visible and exportable; you just cannot add new records above the limit.
  8. Switching plans (monthly to yearly or the reverse) follows Apple's rules for subscription groups.

5. The day-counting rules are informational, not advice

This is important. Odisa counts days and applies, using the information you record, rules such as Schengen 90/180, U.S. substantial presence or Spain's 183 days, and shows the results "according to this rule." It is for information only:

  • It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, it creates no relationship with a lawyer, accountant or advisor, and its results are not a verdict or an official determination about your residency, your taxes or your right to stay in a country.
  • Results depend on the data you record, import or let the app infer (photos, calendar, location). They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Reviewing them is your responsibility.
  • The rules are simplifications, may change and are interpreted differently in each case. The authority of each country decides how it counts days and what follows from them.
  • Before making a decision with legal, tax, immigration or financial effects (crossing a border, filing taxes, applying for a visa or residence), consult a qualified professional or the relevant authority.

6. Vault, Documents and backups

  • The Vault and Documents are records you create. Values you enter are not appraisals, and the PDF for your insurer is a summary of what you entered; it does not replace what your insurer requires.
  • Odisa does not replace the original of a document and does not guarantee that an expiry reminder will arrive on time (they depend on notifications and your device settings).
  • You are responsible for backing up your device and keeping iCloud on. If you delete the app, lose your iCloud session or change devices without a backup, you could lose data; we cannot recover it because we do not have it.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for illegal activities, to infringe others' rights, to try to access our systems without authorization, or to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code, except as the law permits. Do not use the app to record unlawfully obtained items or to evade an immigration or tax law.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts, icons and code belong to Reverb or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data is yours. "Odisa" and the logos are trademarks of Reverb or its licensors. Third-party names that appear (for example Apple, iCloud, Face ID) are trademarks of their owners.

9. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy: https://odisa.reverbt.com/en/privacy.

10. Warranties: the app is provided "as is"

To the maximum extent the law permits, the app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, Reverb, its partners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities or income, fines, taxes, surcharges, visa refusals or denial of entry to a country, arising from the use or inability to use the app or from relying on its results. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid Apple for Odisa Plus in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited (for example for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights).

12. Term and termination

These terms last while you use the app. You can stop using it at any time (and cancel the subscription with Apple). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or the law. Clauses that by their nature should survive do so after termination (§5, §10, §11, §13).

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you and we accept their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil or another country whose law gives you non-waivable rights, you keep the mandatory protection of your country of residence and the right to go to the courts or consumer authorities of your country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will notify you in the app or on this page before it applies. If you keep using the app after the effective date you accept the new version; if not, stop using it and cancel your subscription.

15. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. If we do not exercise a right we do not waive it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor to the business. These terms, the Privacy Policy and Apple's EULA are the entire agreement between you and us about the app.
